I just read your son's obituary. I have a son exactly the same age. I can't imagine the depth of your grief. May God comfort you and give you peace and hope! sincerely, Mary Collier

Dear Mr. and Mrs Williams, You have been in our prayers ever since we heard about Jay's passing. Your son was such a special friend to our son, Ty Ridgway, the other Georgia boy on the Ridewell tour of 2010. Ty talked about Jay so much. Even though we only met Jay once which was when he dropped Ty off at our house on their way home from Myrtle Beach, we felt like we knew him. We were very touched with the sincere way Jay lived his life for Christ. It was such a natural thing to him. This impressed Ty very much as well. Oh, what a greater world if more Christians really had a true relationship with Christ like Jay had, and not just a "religous experience.
We also wanted you to know that we have made a donation in Jay's memory to Blood:Water Mission.
Sincerely, Julie & Rodney Ridgway 951 Campbell Ridge rd Royston, GA 30662

Our Dearest Friends, How sudden and tragically sorrowful your grief in the loss of Jay is!
You are a great family, and Jay, and Leigh Anne, are a wonderful and beautiful extension of that family. He, and Leigh Anne, have been your well-deserved Hope.
The loss is certainly the profound loss of our common community. We remember and will most probably never forget Jay's delightful relish in the vitality of life and how he left a legacy as a son, as a brother and true friend of pointing the way to others.
As parents and sister, and friend, we share your grief in the loss of your child and brother. Please receive our love and affection always. Bill, Sandra, and Summer Murray

I am so sorry for Jay's passing. He was in my daughter's wedding and we all got to know him and his faith. My son n law is Brad Bagwell and he and Jay were best friends. My sons also met Jay at the wedding and bonded with him because of his faith and kindness. They visited Plains with Brad and met Jay at the farm. We are all going to miss him. I know there are no words to say to express your loss and grief. I feel blessed to have known your son. With sincere sympathy, Tanise Nicholson and family (mother n law of Brad Bagwell)
