Mrs. Jill Palmer Lingo, 56, died on Monday, January 10, 2011, at Frederick Memorial Hospital in Frederick, MD. She was the wife of Jamey S. Lingo. Born on September 14, 1954 in Albany, GA, Mrs. Lingo was a daughter of Blanche Freeman Palmer of Americus, GA, and the late Tenneth Eugene Palmer. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jan Palmer Moretz. Surviving, in addition to her husband and mother, are her children: Erin Lingo and her husband, Shawn Partner, of Keymar, MD, Trevor Eugene Lingo, also of Keymar, MD, and Meghan Elizabeth Lingo of Towson, MD; one granddaughter, Dana Berry of Keymar, MD; a niece, Ivy Moretz Cazier and her husband, Andy Cazier, of Augusta, GA; and a nephew, Lelan Moretz, also of Augusta, GA. The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 104 East Main Street, Thurmont, MD, from 12:00 noon until time of memorial services at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 15, 2011. Interment services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 22, at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens near Pelham, GA. The Rev. Earl Dunmon will officiate.
