Mrs. Marian Elizabeth Garrett Dudley, 87, passed away on Thursday afternoon, December 25, at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center. Funeral services are planned for Monday, December 29, from the graveside at Pine Level Cemetery in Oxford, FL. Pastor Larry Underwood, Jr. will officiate. Born June 30, 1927 in Orlando, FL, she was a daughter of the late Samuel Randolph Garrett and Annie Rowena Dunlap Garrett. Mrs. Dudley owned and operated the A-1 Electronics Store. She was the widow of Elma D. Dudley. Survivors include one daughter, Sharon Underwood (Larry); one son, Larry Dudley; one brother, Wallace Dudley (Imogene); two grandchildren: Larry Underwood (Jennifer) and Kimberly Brown (Stafford); three great-grandchildren: Levi Underwood, James Underwood and Jessica Underwood; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the League of the Good Samaritan, c/o Magnolia Manor, 2001 S.
