Gordon Hunter, Jr.

Rev. Gordon A. Hunter, Jr., 94, died Thursday evening, January 29, 2015 at the Mayo Clinic Health System in Waycross following a brief illness. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 2, 2015, in the Mitchell Chapel at Baptist Village Retirement Communities. Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Monday at Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Hunter was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Mary Lou Myers Hunter.
