Coralie Patrick

Mrs. Coralie Patrick, age 98, passed away on Wednesday afternoon, July 8, 2015, at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center. Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 10, from the chapel of Hancock Funeral Home, 427 S. Lee St., with Dr. Sam Harper officiating. A private burial followed in Oak Grove Cemetery. The following gentlemen served as pallbearers: Scott Bridges, Michael Lardy, Bob Beauchamp, Wayne Sprouse, Dorsey Hart, and Jim Bolin. Born August 23, 1916, she was a daughter of the late John T. Gray and Otis Cordell Gray. Mrs. Patrick was a very active member of First Baptist Church. She had worked with her late husband, J. J. Patrick, in the photography business for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, and by three sisters: Macy Bishop Gray, Berta Graham, and Gertrue Bridges. Survivors include one nephew, Joe Bridges, Jr. (Bonnie) of Moultrie; one niece, Beth Lardy of Americus; and a special caregiver, Janis Jones of Americus.
