Patricia Ann Nelms

Ms. Patricia Ann Nelms, age 54, passed away on Monday morning, September 26, 2016, at her home in Sumter County. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 29, at Eastside Baptist Church. Deacons of the church will officiate. Born January 11, 1962, she was a daughter of the late Carl B. Nelms, Sr. and Margie Higler Nelms. Ms. Nelms was a Christian woman who loved being outdoors and growing flowers. Survivors include two sons: Robbie Surface (Patti) and Patrick Surface; two daughters: Tammy Sadler and Fran Loggins; three brothers: Carl B. Nelms, Jr. (Mary), Abe Waller, and John Waller (Betty); one sister, Bonnie Buckley (John); and numerous other relatives including grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
