David Milton Pittman

Mr. David Milton Pittman, age 60, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2017, at his home in Richmond, VA. Born January 31, 1957 in Athens, GA, he was the son of R.M. Pittman, Jr. and Barbara Ann Ivester Studstill. Mr. Pittman was employed as a mechanic and estimator in the automobile repair industry and enjoyed membership in motorcycle clubs. He was a veteran of the United States Navy Seabees, having served during the Vietnam War. Survivors include his companion, Janet Bedwell of Richmond, VA; one son, Jason Pittman of Milledgeville; three step-children: Amy Bedwell, Sheri Bedwell, and Mark Bedwell, all of Richmond, VA; his step-father, Ed Studstill of Americus; three sisters: Deborah Studstill Hiemstra of Donaldsonville, LeAndrea Studstill Lopez (Justino) of Warner Robins, and Mary Erika Studstill Soltis (Ule) of Americus; and several nieces and nephews.
