Mrs. Jessie Ann Kouder passed away on February 23, 2010. A native of Tifton, Georgia, she was born on March 12, 1952 to Elbert M. and Patsy C. Brandon. Ann lived in Atlanta, Georgia for many years. She was a hair stylist and had many loyal clients and friends. She loved to travel, make her trademark “I’ll be Dangled” earrings, and had a great passion for music of all types. She was loved by all who knew her and will be sadly missed. Survivors include two sons, Danny Kouder of Tomball, Texas and David Kouder of Hammond, Indiana, and two grandsons, Sammy and Gabriel Kouder, as well as her beloved cat, “Callie.” She has three sisters, Patsy (Bill) Mullinax of Dahlonega, Georgia, Velma (Dale) Brooks of Americus, Georgia, and Susan Brandon (Richard) of Poulan, Georgia, and two brothers, Elbert (Shirley) Brandon of Rex, Georgia, and Michael Brandon of Macon, Georgia, as well as a number of nieces and nephews. There will be no service at this time but a celebration of life will be held at 1230 Woodland Avenue NE #3 on March 20, 2010, from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. in Atlanta, Georgia 30324.
