Mr. Bobby Frank Smith passed away on Monday, January 27, 2020, at Perfect Care. Funeral services are planned for 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 30, at Hebron Baptist Church, with Rev. Ron Perry officiating. Burial will follow in Hebron Cemetery.The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening, January 29, between the hours of 5:00 & 7:00 PM at Hancock Funeral Home, 427 S. Lee St.Born June 3, 1931 in Plains, he was the son of the late George Smith and the late Louise Webb Smith.  A graduate of Plains High School, he was Valedictorian of his graduating class.A veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Korean War era, Mr. Smith was retired from Sears as a television and appliance repairman, and was a member of Hebron Baptist Church.
