Carl E. "Buddy" Lloyd, Jr.

Mr. Carl Emory "Buddy" Lloyd, Jr., age 62, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Lillian Carter Health and Rehabilitation. A private burial was held at Sunset Memorial Gardens on Monday, April 4. Born February 23, 1960 in Pensacola, FL, he was a son of the late Carl Emory Lloyd and the late Emily Lloyd. He attended Southland Academy and had worked as a farm laborer for his uncle, Wilbur Frazier. In his later years, Mr. Lloyd was completely disabled. Survivors include his brother, Juston Lloyd; step-mother Patsy Lloyd and family; bonus-mother Polly White; several cousins including Claude Frazier and Joan Johnson; several nieces and nephews; and friends: Tim and Linda Mathews, Jimmy and Cheryl Wadkins, Daniel and Mary Wadkins, Tony Mathews, Josh Mathews, and Laura Mathews.
