Cheri Lynnette Odom

Cheri Lynnette Odom passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at her home in East Dublin. Funeral services are planned for Sunday, February 5, at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Hancock Funeral Home, 427 S. Lee St., with Rev. Steven Fripp officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday at Hancock Funeral Home, beginning at 1:00 PM. Born December 30, 1980 in Americus, she was the daughter of Larry "Bo" Odom and Chrystal Bailey Odom. She was a member of the Church of Christ, and had worked in sales, news room, and front office at the Americus Times Recorder. Cheri was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmie Odom.
