Mr. Clarence Hawkins, age 64, departed this earthly life on April 9, 2022. Services are planned for 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 16, from the chapel of Hancock Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the services at Hancock Funeral Home. Born March 25, 1958 in Americus, he was a son of Zinn Hawkins and Fannie Lyles Hawkins. He was preceded in death by a sister, Lucy Lee Carter; and by a brother, Arthur Pines. Survivors include his children: Kimberly Hawkins, Erica Hawkins, and Clarence Hawkins, Jr.; two sisters: Ceola Washington and Catherine Robinson Hawkins; and one brother, Willie C. Hawkins; and nine grandchildren: Kabreunna Hawkins, Tytianna Majors, Quardian Hawkins, Krishanti Bridges, Latravyion Bridges, Kristopher Bridges, Katravyion Bridges, Nykerria Hawkins, and Jarkell Fann. Mr. Hawkins was loved by a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. A devoted member of Tried Stone Missionary Baptist Church, Mr. Hawkins lived a life full of love and memories to be cherished by all who knew him.
