Mrs. Dawn K. Wills, age 88, passed away on Monday evening, October 30, 2023 at her home in Preston. Funeral services are planned for 2:00 PM on Friday, November 3, at Macedonia Baptist Church, with Rev. Mike Richardson and Rev. Chris Hess officiating. Interment will follow in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, November 2, at Hancock Funeral Home, 427 S. Lee St. Born September 1st, 1935 in Cookeville, Tennessee, she was a daughter of the late Ernest Lansdon Kuykendall and the late Mary Ramsey Kuykendall. Survivors include her three sons: Ronny Richardson (Cicinda), Billy Richardson (Kim), and Mike Richardson (Pam); three step-sons: Dave Wills (Rebecca), Michael Wills (Marie), and John Wills (Diane); as well as 22 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
