Esther Lucille Lynn Freeman

Esther Lucille (Lynn) Freeman, (99), went to be with her Lord August 11, 2022, in Americus GA. Born May 19,1923 in Kansas City, KS, she was the daughter of Roy and Thelma Lynn of Kansas City MO. A member of Vallejo Bible Church in Vallejo CA, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Harold F. Freeman, on April 11, 2002. Survivors include her son Phil (and Jill) Freeman; 3 grandchildren: Scott (Joyce Villanueva) Freeman; Cynthia (and Charles) Arwood; and Joshua (Carolyn Rasmussen) Freeman; 9 great-grandchildren: Aaron Joseph Freeman, Amanda Freeman; Rebekah (and Brent) Hemphill; Kathryn Crenshaw; Emily Arwood; Samantha (and Tyler) Bannister; and Spencer, Evan, and Judah Freeman; and one great-great-grandchild, Noah Grace Crenshaw. Esther’s ministry career was long and fruitful, from her marriage to Harold in 1940 in Kansas City KS, through Bible College in St. Louis MO, pastorates in St. Louis MO, Salina KS, and Vallejo CA; and office management with I.F.C.A. in Westchester IL. Her Bible teaching, counseling, song writing ability with accordion, piano and organ were blessed of the Lord. The hundreds of inspirational poems she authored are amazing and spiritually uplifting.
