Franciene Reid Wiggins

Mrs. Franciene Reid Wiggins, age 99, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center.Born March 17, 1919 in Gainesville, GA, she was a daughter of the late James Calvester Reid and the late Mary Florence Walker Reid.  She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and was retired from Manhattan Shirt Factory where she worked as a seamstress.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Wiggins; and by one son and two daughters.  She is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.At Mrs. Wiggins' request, all services and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, for those wishing to do so, memorial contributions may be made to The Georgia School for the Deaf, 232 Perry Farm Rd SW, Cave Spring, GA 30124; or to The American Cancer Society, P.O.
