It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our mother, Janet McDaniel Fullerton on December 16th, 2024, at the age of 74. She was the best mother anyone could ask for, always there for us when we needed her the most, offering support, wisdom, and love in abundance.
Jane spent her early life in Southwest Georgia and was married to the love of her life, Bobby Fullerton for 45 years before his passing in 2015. They raised their family in Cordele, GA. She later lived in the mountains of North Carolina and was most recently a South Carolina resident.
She is survived by her son Joe along with his wife Tara and 3 grandchildren: Garrett, Reilly, and Reagan; her daughter Casey and partner Tiffany Williams, and her former husband Brian Sherret wife Megan, and their three children. She is also survived by her sister Linda, her brother Lloyd (Shot) and her brother Jerome, as well as many other family members and friends who dearly loved her. Also, she is survived by her loving companion, Ladybug.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 20, beginning at 11:00AM in the chapel of Hancock Funeral Home, 427 S. Lee Street.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Jane’s name to either of the following charities:
