Mr. Justin Keith Scragg, age 48, passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021 in Carlton, GA. Funeral services are planned for 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 18, from the chapel of Hancock Funeral Home, 427 S. Lee St., with interment to follow in Turkey Creek Cemetery in Parrott, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 & 11:00 AM. Born March 28, 1973 in Titusville, FL, he was a son of the late Keith Allen Scragg and Deborah Lee Stackhouse Scragg, who survives him. He was of the Christian faith and worked on the construction road crew with CMES Inc. Survivors include his mother, Debbie Scragg of Acworth; son, Noah Scragg of Kennesaw; brothers: Brandon Scragg of Acworth, and his daughter, Addison Bowers, Aaron Scragg (Priscilla) of Williamsburg, VA, and their children, Kylie Scragg and Brody Scragg, and Tyson Scragg (Cathlene) of Kennesaw, and their children, Kayla Scragg, Kendra Scragg, Emma Scragg, and Christian Scragg.
