Ms. Rosa Welch, age 30, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2020 in Americus. All funeral services planned will be private. Born March 10, 1990 in Americus, she was a daughter of Rene' Guerrero and the late Norma Jean Harrington Hogg. Rosa was a graduate of Americus Sumter High School where she was a member of ROTC, and she was extremely involved with Southwest Potter's House for Women. She leaves behind a large loving family, including her husband, Scott Welch; her three children: LeeAnn Welch, Jessica Welch, and Aiden Welch; her father Rene' Guerrero; and her step-father, David Hogg.
